No phytosanitary certificate is required for commercial consignments as well as non-commercial consignments and small sample shipments to be carried by passengers or posted in the mail.
This Micor case applies to the following rolled grains:
- Rolled oats
- Rolled wheat
- Rolled triticale
- Rolled barley
Note: Grain must be thoroughly rolled/processed and devitalised to meet the requirements under this Micor case. If consignments contain any unprocessed and/or viable grain, a phytosanitary certificate will be required.
