This ICR applies to seeds for sowing being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25) that are listed on Japan's Database for importing conditions as 'Requiring ordinary inspection'. For imported seeds that have repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the Other seeds for sowing Micor case for Japan.

The original phytosanitary certificate or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate must be presented to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
