This case is applicable to dried plant material (petals and flower buds) of Rosa X hybrid to be used in cosmetic research only.

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.

Consignment must be clearly labelled with its full botanical name (genus and species).

Permitted entry without an accompanying phytosanitary certificate.
