Explanation of endorsement:

A laboratory analysis certificate and/or a crop inspection report must be presented for certifying freedom from Bacterial wilt of (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus) and Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).

1) The goods have been officially inspected in the field, or have been officially tested and are free from Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. insidiosus) and from Stem nematode (Ditylencus dipsaci).
