Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
 
A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

All packing material must be new. Each container is to be marked with the following:
- Country of origin
- Botanical name of the plant
- Quantity
 
Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 706)
1. The plantlets are in agar media in sterilized flasks obtained from tissue culture.
2. Xylella fastidiosa, Blueberry witche's broom phytoplasma, Cranberry false blossom phytoplasma, Blueberry leaf mottle virus, Blueberry mosaic virus, Blueberry necrotic shock virus, Blueberry red ringspot virus, Blueberry scorch virus, Blueberry shoestring virus, Cranberry ringspot agent, Peach rosette mosaic virus and Tomato ringspot virus are not known to occur in Australia.
3. The parent plants were found free through laboratory testing of:
Burkholderia andropogonis, Rhizobium radiobacter (Agrobacterium tumefaciens), Aster yellows phytoplasma complex, Blueberry Stunt Phytoplasma, Tobacco ringspot virus and Tobacco streak virus.
 
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 709)
1. The plantlets are ex-agar and have been washed and obtained by tissue culture.
2. Xylella fastidiosa, Blueberry witche's broom phytoplasma, Cranberry false blossom phytoplasma, Blueberry leaf mottle virus, Blueberry mosaic virus, Blueberry necrotic shock virus, Blueberry red ringspot virus, Blueberry scorch virus, Blueberry shoestring virus, Cranberry ringspot agent, Peach rosette mosaic virus and Tomato ringspot virus are not known to occur in Australia.
