Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Consignments are to be accompanied with an Orange ISTA certificate confirming a minimum seed viability of 80% and a minimum seed purity of 98%.
Consignments are to be treated prior to export with protectant Vitavax 200 - 3.5L/ton seed

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 5728)
1)  The crop was inspected during active growth and found free of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus), Clover anthracnose (Kabatiella caulivora), Sclerotinia spermophila, Rot of clover (Sclerotinia trifoliorum), Verticillium wilt (Verticillium albo atrum), Subterranean clover mottle sobemovirus and Striga spp,
2) Lucerne black stem (Phoma medicaginis) is not known to occur in Trifolium species.
 
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 5729)
1) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Bacterial wilt of alfalfa (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus), Clover anthracnose (Kabatiella caulivora), Sclerotinia spermophila, Rot of clover (Sclerotinia trifoliorum), Verticillium wilt (Verticillium albo atrum), Subterranean clover mottle sobemovirus and Striga spp,
2) Lucerne black stem (Phoma medicaginis) is not known to occur in Trifolium species.
