Permitted entry without an accompanying Phytosanitary certificate.
The import conditions are applicable to Grains for Stockfeed with the exception of Cottonseed (Gossypium spp).
Israel has zero tolerance for the presence of Ambrosia spp seeds in grains.
The consignment must be accompanied by a Certificate of Origin.
All prescribed grains still require an Authorised Officer inspection and the issuance of an export permit. The exporter should confirm if their grains are prescribed by referring to the Export Control (Plant and Plant Products) Order 2011.
Due to variations in NPPO definitions, a Phytosanitary certificate may be issued if requested (and subject to Phytosanitary inspection of the consignment). If a Phytosanitary certificate is issued, the endorsement shall be Nil Additional Declaration.
