Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.

Cuttings must be properly labelled with their botanical names.

1) The cuttings in this consignment originate from mother plants that were grown in a country known to be free from Xylella fastidiosa.
2) The cuttings in this consignment originate from mother plants that were inspected during active growth and found free of Chrysanthemum nematode (Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi).
3The cuttings in this consignment were inspected prior to shipment and found free from Scarlet mealybug (Pseudococcus calceolariae).
