Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources Authorised Officer at time of inspection.

1) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Verticillium wilt (Verticillium albo-atrum) and Bacterial leaf spot of lettuce (Xanthomonas campestris pv. Vitians),
2) A representative sample of 10,000 seeds was found free through laboratory testing of Lettuce mosaic potyvirus.
