Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Packing material should be new. Each container should be marked with; country of origin, botanical name of the plants and quantity.

Option 1  (EXDOC Endorsement 6311)
1) The plantlets are in agar media in sterilized flasks obtained from tissue culture.
2) The mother plants were inspected during active growth and found to be free of Bacterial stalk rot (Erwinia chrysanthemi), Marginal necrosis (Pseudomonas marginalis pv. marginalis) and pineaple mealybug associated closterovirus (PMWaV-1 and PMWaV-2).
Option 2  (EXDOC Endorsement 6312)
1)  The plantlets are ex-agar and have been washed and obtained by tissue culture.
2) The mother plants were inspected during active growth and found to be free of Bacterial stalk rot (Erwinia chrysanthemi), Marginal necrosis (Pseudomonas marginalis pv. marginalis) and pineaple mealybug associated closterovirus (PMWaV-1 and PMWaV-2).
