Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

Permitted entry without an accompanying Phytosanitary Certificate if the consignment has undergone a chemical or fumiagtion treatment prior to export, in accordance with the requirements details in the Israel Treatment Manual, and accompanied by an official treatment certificate issued by the Plant Protection Organization or the country of orgin or the country of export, as appropriate.
