Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

Explanation of the endorsements:

  • A laboratory analysis certificate, crop inspection certificate or area freedom certificate is required to endorse freedom from Guava rust (Puccinia psidii).

Consignments are to be treated with an appropriate fungicide at manufacturer's label requirements.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Details of treatment to be endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate in the treatment section.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 7752)
1) A representative sample was tested and found free of Guava rust (Puccinia psidii).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 7753)
1) The parent plants were inspected during active growth and found to be free of Guava rust (Puccinia psidii).

Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 7754)
1)  The parent plants were grown in an area where Guava rust (Puccinia psidii) is known not to occur.
