A laboratory analysis certificate for Bacterial blight (Burkholderia andropogonis), Bacterial streak of millet (Xanthomonas vasicola pv. holcicola), Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Sorghum chlorotic spot virus and Sorghum mosaic virus is to be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

For Endorsement #2652
A crop inspection report for Bacterial blight (Burkholderia andropogonis), Bacterial streak of millet (Xanthomonas vasicola pv. holcicola), Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Sorghum chlorotic spot virus and Sorghum mosaic virus is to be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

For Endorsement #2653
Area free freedom certificate for Bacterial blight (Burkholderia andropogonis), Bacterial streak of millet (Xanthomonas vasicola pv. holcicola), Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Sorghum chlorotic spot virus and Sorghum mosaic virus is to be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

A combination of crop inspection report, area freedom certificate and laboratory test analysis for Bacterial blight (Burkholderia andropogonis), Bacterial streak of millet (Xanthomonas vasicola pv. holcicola), Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Sorghum chlorotic spot virus and Sorghum mosaic virus is to be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

1) Striga weed (Striga harmonthica) is not known to occur in Australia,
2) The consignment is free from Bacterial blight (Burkholderia andropogonis), Bacterial streak of millet (Xanthomonas vasicola pv. holcicola), Milo disease (Periconia circinata), Sorghum chlorotic spot virus and Sorghum mosaic virus,
3) The consignment is free from soil, weeds and plant debris.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement No 2652)
