India may request a Veterinary Health Certificate. In order to obtain the Veterinary Health Certificate, please email Grain.Export@aff.gov.au with the below documents:
- A phytosanitary certificate;
- An inspection record which contains the RFP number and batch number;
- A manufacturer's declaration which contains the product name, ingredient analysis and can be linked to the consignment. The consignment batch number or other unique identifier must be present on both the inspection record and the manufacturer's declaration if it is to be endorsed on the Veterinary Health Certificate. The manufacturer's declaration must state that:
- This plant based stockfeed does not contain any ingredient of animal origin.
- The plant based ingredients used in the stockfeed are fit for animal consumption.
Note:
- These import conditions are only applicable to Plant Based Processed Stockfeed such as bagged horse feed and laboratory rat and mouse diet.
