The ICRs are applicable to Timber with and without bark.
Freedom from Eucalyptus psyllid (Ctenarytaina spatulata), Eucalyptus longhorned borer (Phoracantha recurva), Eucalyptus longhorned borer (Phoracantha semipunctata), Eucalyptus tortoise beetle (Paropsis atomaria), Eucalyptus tortoise beetle (Paropsis charybdis), Myrtle rust (Puccinia psidii), Bronz bug (Thaumastocoris peregrinus), Australian tottoise beetle (Trachymela tincticollis), Eucalyptus leaf skeletonizer (Uraba lugens) and Mundulla yellows dieback (Mundella yellows) is to be endorsed based on the inspection by the Authorised Officer.
Symptoms of Myrtle rust (Puccinia psidii).Symptoms of Mundulla yellows dieback (Mundella yellows). Symptoms are expressed as a progressive yellowing of the foliage followed by dieback of the crown, and eventually the death of badly affected trees.
Each consignment must be fumigated with methyl bromide at-48 grm/m3 at 21 degrees Celsius, or above, for 24 hours under NAP;

The Indian NPPO accepts the following dosage compensation for methyl bromide fumigation applied at temperatures between 11 and 21 degrees Celsius:
Note: Methyl bromide fumigation is not permitted at temperatures of 10 degrees Celsius or below. Dosage compensation is not permitted for temperatures above 21 degrees Celsius.
OR
The Indian NPPO accepts the following dosage compensation for methyl bromide fumigation applied at temperatures between 11 and 21 degrees Celsius:
- 56 grm/m3 at 16 - 20 degrees Celsius for 24 hours at NAP;
OR
- 64 grm/m3 at 11 - 15 degrees Celsius for 24 hours at NAP.
