All consignments must befree from India's Quarantine weed seeds as per Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Tenth Amendment) Order, 2019.
Endorsements 3052 and 6760:
- An area freedom certificate or a laboratory analysis certificate or a crop inspection report may be used to endorse freedom from Bacterial blight of carrot (Xanthomonas hortorum pv carotae).
- A crop inspection report must be presented to endorse freedom from Carrot viruses including Carrot mottle dwarf virus, Carrot red leaf virus and Carrot yellow leaf virus.
- A laboratory analysis certificate must be presented to endorse freedom from Indian Quarantine weed seeds.
- Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer may be used to endorse freedom from soil.
- Only for consignments that will be re-exported from India.
