Explanation of the endorsement

Endorsement 730:
- The exporter must provide a crop inspection certificate and/or freedom certificate to endorse freedom from Fusariam wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum), Black spot (Phomopsis sclerotoides), Septoria leaf spot (Septoria cucurbitarum), Leaf spot and Verticillium wilt (Verticillium alboatrum), Squash mosaic virus and cucumber seedborne virus to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
- All consignments must be free from India's quarantine weed seeds as per Schedule VIII of PQ Order 2003. Exporter must provide a laboratory analysis certificate attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
- In Addition, visual inspection by the Authorised Officer must be undertaken as per instructional material for endorsing freedom from the following quarantine weed seeds.
- Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from soil (as per normal tolerances).
- The exporter must provide a laboratory analysis certificate for Fusariam wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum), Black spot (Phomopsis sclerotoides), Septoria leaf spot (Septoria cucurbitarum), Leaf spot and Verticillium wilt (Verticillium alboatrum) to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
- Crop inspection report may be presented as evidence for freedom from Squash mosaic virus and cucumber seedborne virus.

1) Crop was inspected and found to be free of Fusariam wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum), Black spot (Phomopsis sclerotoides), Septoria leaf spot (Septoria cucurbitarum), Cucumber seedborne virus viz. leaf spot, Verticillium wilt (Verticillium alboatrum), Squash mosaic virus and Cucumber seedborne virus,
2) Consignment is free from quarantine weed seeds as per schedule VIII of PQ order 2003,
3) Consignment is free from soil.
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement No 767)
1) The consignment is free of Fusariam wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum), Black spot (Phomopsis sclerotoides), Septoria leaf spot (Septoria cucurbitarum), Leaf spot and Verticillium wilt (Verticillium alboatrum),
2) Crop was inspected during active growth and found to be free of Squash mosaic virus and Cucumber seedborne virus,
3) Consignment is free from quarantine weed seeds as per schedule VIII of PQ order 2003,
4) Consignment is free from soil.
