This Micor case applies to cashews being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported cashews that have been repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, this Micor case cannot be used.

Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.

The phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
