Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer may be used to endorse freedom from Lesser meal worm (Alphitobius laevigatus).

Asiatic witchweed (Striga asiatica) has restricted distribution in Queensland. Seed sourced from Queensland must be tested in the laboratory or crop inspection at active growth stage must be undertaken to endorse freedom from Asiatic witchweed (Striga asiatica). No evidence is required for endorsing freedom from Asiatic witchweed (Striga asiatica) when seed is sourced from all Australian states except Queensland.
