Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 4003)
1) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica), Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Cogon grass (Imperata cylindrica), Kodo millet (Paspalum scrobiculatum) and Wild sugarcane (Saccharum spontaneum).
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Witchweed (Striga asiatica).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 4564)
1) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Rice moth (Corcyra cephalonica), Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Cogon grass (Imperata cylindrica), Kodo millet (Paspalum scrobiculatum) and Wild sugarcane (Saccharum spontaneum).
2) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Witchweed (Striga asiatica).

Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 6256)
1) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Warehouse beetle (Trogoderma variabile), Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense) and Kodo millet (Paspalum scrobiculatum).
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Witchweed (Striga asiatica)
