Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Consignments are to be accompanied with the "Certificate of Origin" issued by the competent authority.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 3143)
1) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Cogon grass (Imperata cylindrica) and drugstore beetle (Stegobium paniceum),
2) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 3144)
1) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Perennial thistle (Cirsium arvense), Cogon grass (Imperata cylindrica) and drugstore beetle (Stegobium paniceum),
2) Crop was inspected during active growth and found to be free of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
