Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material; including sand and compost.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Consignments are to be free of soil (maximum tolerance 0.05% by weight of soil particles).

Consignments must be free of prohibited seed as stated on the Import Permit (seed can be tested by a laboratory accredited by ISTA).
