This ICR applies to Solanum lycopersicum seeds being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported Solanum lycopersicum seeds that have repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available and additional phytosanitary requirements need to be endorsed on an Australian phytosanitary certificate, refer to the Solanum lycopersicum seed Micor case for French Polynesia.

Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.


A copy of the import permit and original phytosanitary certificate meeting the import requirements listed on the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
