Endorsement 667:
- An area freedom certificate for Potato Spindle Tuber Viroid is required as evidence to endorse freedom from this pest.
Endorsement 3050:
- A laboratory analysis certificate stating that a representative sample has been tested and found free of Potato Spindle Tuber Viroid is required to endorse freedom from this pest.
Endorsement 927:
- A crop inspection report for Potato spindle tuber viroid is required to endorse freedom from this pest.
- Applies to seeds of Australian origin.
- Xanthomonas gardneri, Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV), Pepino mosaic virus and Tomato mottle mosaic virus (ToMMV) are not known to occur in Australia. No evidence is required to endorse freedom from these pests.
- A seed supplier's declaration or an exporter declaration must be provided as evidence that the seeds have been obtained by an appropriate acid extraction method or an equivalent method.
- An area of production freedom certificate or a crop inspection certificate must be provided as evidence to endorse freedom from Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria, Xanthomonas euvesicatoria, Xanthomonas perforans, Potato spindle tuber viroid (PSTVd) and Clavibacter michiganensis ssp michiganensis.

- Applies to imported seeds that are to be re-exported to French Polynesia accompanied by an Australian phytosanitary certificate for export (E16), where the original phytosanitary certificate does not directly endorse freedom from pests specified on the import permit, but freedom is endorsed via a separate laboratory analysis certificate. The statement "origin of [country/countries of origin] under phytosanitary certificate number [original incoming phytosanitary certificate number] and laboratory analysis certificate" is to be added in the additional product description field of the Request for Permit (RFP). To enable the field on the RFP, the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant Programs via email (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
- A signed manufacturer's certificate and a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate the products were imported into Australia with must be provided to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection. The manufacturer's declaration must attest to the steps taken to ensure the products have not been subject to any risk of infestation or infection during its time in Australia.
- A Container Inspection Certificate (EXDOC template GL2) may be requested to endorse container requirements.
- The original or certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate and laboratory analysis certificate used to clear the products on arrival in Australia must be presented to the Austhorised Officer at time of inspection and attached to the Australian phytosanitary certificate.
- Applies to seeds imported into Australia and have met Australian import requirements that are to be re-exported to French Polynesia accompanied by an Australian phytosanitary certificate for export (E16).
- If specified on the import permit, seeds that come from, or were transported via, a country/countries in the European Union may be imported into French Polynesia without a laboratory analysis for specified pests. The statement "The seeds come from/were in transit in [name/s of country/countries]." is to be added in the additional product description field of the RFP. If the seeds were grown in a country outside of the EU, and merely transited through the EU, the country of origin (where the seeds were grown) should also be endorsed in the additional product description if possible. Supporting documentation such as the phytosanitary certificate/s issued by the country/countries of origin, a seed supplier's declaration or an exporter declaration must be provided as evidence that the seeds originate from, or were transported via, a country/countries in the European Union. To enable the additional product description field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant Programs via email (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
