Mushrooms must have been cultivated on a substrate that does not contain animal manure; or the substrate must have been steam autoclaved at 121 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes and has not been subsequently contaminated by animal manure or products of animal origin.
Exporter to provide evidence attesting and to present to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
Consignments must be commercially produced and packed.
