• If permitted by the import permit, the seed supplier may certify that the seeds are free from PSTVd and a phytosanitary certificate will be issued without an additional declaration endorsement.
  

• The exporter is to provide certification issued by the supplier attesting to freedom from PSTVd and to present to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection. The Seed supplier certificate is to accompany the consignment for export.
  

Imported seeds being exported with nil endorsement:

• Applies to seeds imported from, or transported via, a country/countries in the European Union that are to be re-exported to French Polynesia accompanied by an Australian phytosanitary certificate for export (E16). The country/countries of origin must be provided in the additional product description field of the Request for Permit (RFP). To enable the field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant Programs via email (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
  

• If specified on the import permit, seeds that come from, or were transported via, a country/countries in the European Union may be imported into French Polynesia without a laboratory analysis for specified pests. The statement "The seeds come from/were in transit in [name/s of country/countries]." is to be added in the additional product description field of the RFP. Supporting documentation such as the phytosanitary certificate/s issued by the country/countries of origin, a seed supplier's declaration or an exporter declaration must be provided as evidence that the seeds originate from, or were transported via, a country/countries in the European Union.  To enable the additional product description field on the RFP the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant Programs via email (EXDOCPlantPrograms@agriculture.gov.au).
