Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Case applies to Citrus spp cuttings for research use only. 

It is the exporter’s responsibility to ensure that the phytosanitary certificate is issued within 14 days of the consignment being exported from Australia.

Refer to the departure date and inspection date in the Request for Permit.

Withoutprejudice to the requirements applicable to the plants in CommissionImplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072  Annex VII of28 November 2019, this ICR only applies to plants that have been grown innurseries.   

Note: The exporter is required to provide the original Letter of Authority (LOA) to the department's PlantNDH (plantexportsndh@aff.gov.au) for endorsement.
