Seed exported to France and is not intended for re-export to other destinations:
Seed produced on or after 14 December 2019 requires an additional declaration for Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci). Endorsements 6036, 6037 or 6038 must be selected if the consignment contains seed produced on or after this date. No additional declaration is required for seed produced before 14 December 2019 that will not be re-exported from France.

For any consignment that contains seed intended to be re-exported from France, the exporter is to advise the Authorised Officer at the time of making an appointment for inspection.
Requests by exporters for additional endorsements of seed for sowing being exported to France may be complied with where it is known that the seed shall be re-exported to another destination through a re-export phytosanitary certificate.

Endorsement 5708:
It is applicable tor seeds produced before 14 December 2019 that will be re-exported from France.
Endorsement 6049:
It isapplicable to seeds produced on or after 14 December 2019 that will be re-exported from France.
Endorsement 6038:
The seeds must be subjected to an appropriate chemical or physical treatment against Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).

Exporters who require a new EXDOC Endorsement for re-export purposes are to provide written evidence of the additional declarations that need to be endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate. Requests are to be emailed to MicorPlants@awe.gov.au for action.
If the seeds are treated, exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and to present to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Details of treatment are to be endorsed in the treatment section of the phytosanitary certificate.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 6036)
1) The crop has been visually inspected at least once at an appropriate time to detect the pest since the beginning of the last complete cycle of vegetation and no symptoms of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) have been observed.
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 6037)
1) The harvested seeds have been found to be free of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) after laboratory tests on a representative sample.
Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 6038)
1) The planting material has been subjected to an appropriate chemical or physical treatment against Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and the seeds have been found to be free of this pest after laboratory tests on a representative sample.
Option 4 (EXDOC Endorsement 5708)

1) Black rot (Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. allii) and Tomato black ring virus are not known to occur in Australia.
