Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
The consignment must be accompanied by the import conditions which Australia issued for the seeds to be imported from the country of origin into Australia.
The import conditions apply to seeds being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported Solanum melongena seeds that have been re-packaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the vegetable seeds Micor case for Fiji.
Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.
