This ICR applies to rice being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported rice that has been repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the Rice Micor case for Fiji.

The phytosanitary certificate which accompanied the products on import into Australia, or a certified copy of that phytosanitary certificate, must be presented to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection. This is sufficient evidence for endorsement 1055.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
The phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin must meet all requirements indicated in the import permit.

Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.

Import permit dated 15 November 2021.
25/02/2026 - Removed endorsement 1055 from Fijian GSEPMicor cases.
