Consignments are to be free from bacterial and viral contamination, insects and any other extraneous contamination.
The culture used must be free of antibiotics and microbial suppressants and any charcoal used must be sterile.
All containers used must be clear plastic or glass and allow unimpeded inspection by authoirsed officers.
The tissue cultures must have been established and grown in the containers in which they are exported in and there must be evidence of roots or callus establishment in the container.
