Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Dried nuts, fruits and seeds must be hulled and free from quarantine risk material and unhulled seeds and nuts.
Consignments must be subject to a form of high heat treatment process such as hulled, dried, roasted and dehydrated to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Details of treatment do not require endorsement on the Phytosanitary certificate in the treatment section.
