Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


MICoR case applies to bagged goods.

Meal mix ingredients are:

  • linseed meal
  • sunflower meal
  • almond meal

Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.


Exporter is to ensure any packing used is not hay, straw, chaff, or any decomposing material.
If stated by permit consignments must be subject to a heat treatment process to ensure the product is ready for consumption.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Details of treatment to be endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate in the treatment section.

Import permits dated 22 July 2019 and 20 August 2024. Fijian NPPO advise that Endorsement 7746 is not required for grain commodities and is only required for fresh produce hosts.
