Consignments are to be accompanied by a manufacturers seed declaration certificate from Agri-Science Queensland, Gatton Research Station, Australia that certifies that the seeds were produced from healthy mother plants under greenhouse conditions at the Department of Primary Industries Post Entry Quarantine Facility, Brisbane, Australia.
The plants must be tested negative by ELISA to Sweet potato feathery mottle virus (SPFMV), Sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (SPCSV), Sweet potato virus G (SPVG), Sweet potato latent virus (SPLV), Cowpea mild mottle virus (CPMMV), Sweet potato chlorotic fleck virus (SPCFV), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Sweet potato caulimo-like virus (SPCaLV), and PCR for Begamo virus (SPLV and Phytoplasmas).
- Tetramethylthiurm Disulphide (TMTD) 80% according to manufacturer's label requirement;
- 35% Metalxyl according to manufacturer's label requirement.
