This ICR applies to Chrysanthemum spp being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25).
Original phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin must accompany the consignment.
If the treatment details stated on the import permit are not specified on the original phytosanitary certificate (country of origin), then it's the responsibility of the exporter to have the consignment treated.
The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Details of treatment to be endorsed on the re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25) in the treatment section.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 7547)
1) The Chrysanthemum spp have fully complied with the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry import requirements and standards and are allowed to be retailed in Australia,
2) The consignment has been packaged in pest-proof cartons that eliminates the possibility of entry of insect pests.
