Consignments are to be accompanied by a weed analysis report or seed analysis certificate issued by an International Seed Testing Association (ISTA) or Association of Official Seed Analysts (AOSA) accredited laboratory.
Consignments must be fumigated with either:
- Phosphine at 5 grm/m3 for 7 days at 25 degrees Celsius.
OR
- Methyl bromide at 23 grms/m3 for 24 hours at 20-25 degrees Celsius.
AND
- Consignments must be dusted or coated with Thiram or an equivalent fungicide at recommended manufacturers requirements (registered label rates).
