Endorsement 3009:
- Applies to consignments containing goods that have been imported into Australia, re-packaged (but have not undergone further processing and are not re-labelled as Australian products) and exported to Fiji, and imported goods being re-exported in the original packaging as part of a mixed consignment of Australian and imported products.
- This Endorsement must be included for all goods of non-Australian origin which meet the above criteria (i.e. re-packaged and exported with no further processing, or re-exported in original packaging as part of a mixed consignment of Australian and imported products) regardless of additional declaration requirements specifically stated on the import permit.
- Exporter is to:
- State the country of origin of the goods in the Additional Product Description, and
- Provide a copy of the departmental document titled 'Release from biosecurity control' which contains the 'Final Directives: Finalised and Released' direction that was issued for the products after arrival and release in Australia to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection, and upload a scanned copy of this document to PEMS before requesting authorisation.

1) The goods have fully complied with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry import requirements and standards and are allowed to be retailed in Australia.
