Seed produced on or after 14 December 2019 requires an additional declaration for Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
Explanation of the endorsements
Endorsements 6036, 6037 and 6038:
These endorsements must be selected if the consignment contains seed produced on or after this date. No additional declaration is required for seed produced before 14 December 2019.
If Endorsement 6038 is selected, the seeds must be subjected to an appropriate chemical or physical treatment against Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci).
If the seeds are treated, exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and to present to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 6036)
1) The crop has been visually inspected at least once at an appropriate time to detect the pest since the beginning of the last complete cycle of vegetation and no symptoms of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) have been observed.
Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 6037)
1) The harvested seeds have been found to be free of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) after laboratory tests on a representative sample.
Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 6038)
1) The planting material has been subjected to an appropriate chemical or physical treatment against Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and the seeds have been found to be free of this pest after laboratory tests on a representative sample.
