Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
If stated by the import permit, the consignment must be accompanied by a seed inspection and testing certificate and/or an OECD certificate. Refer to the permit for required content.

Explanation of the endorsement

Endorsement 5681:
A laboratory analysis certificate must be presented as evidence of freedom from Alfalfa mosaic virus.

1) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Alfalfa mosaic virus.
