Original and official translation of the Instrument in writing approving export must be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of making the appointment.
The consignment must be accompanied with a laboratory test report containing details of the degree of cleanliness, germination ratio (seed viability) and weed seeds name, percentage and propagation rate.
