Original and official translation of the Import permit must be presented to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at the time of making appointment.

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officerat time of inspection

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement No 1110)
1) Maize stalk borer (Busseola fusca), Leaf freckle (Clavibacter michiganensis sspp nebraskense), Stewart's disease (Erwinia stewartii), Eyespot (Kabatiella zeae), Maize chlorotic mottle virus, Maize dwarf mosaic virus, Maize mottle virus, Maize streak virus, Yellow leaf blight of maize (Mycosphaerrella zeae-maydis), European corn borer (Ostrinia nubilalis), Philippine downy mildew (Peronosclerospora philippinensis), Sugar cane downy mildew (Peronosclerospora sacchari), Sorghum downy mildew (Peronosclerospora sorghi), Durra stem borer (Sesamia cretica ), Johnson grass smut (Sphacelotheca cruenta), Rot (Burkholderia avenae), Pseudoperonospora sorghi, Smut (Sphacelotheca gigante) and Gumming disease (Xanthomonas campestris pv vasculorum) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Rice shoot fly (Atherigona oryzae), White fringed beetle (Graphognathus leucoloma) and Beetles (Trogoderma spp),
3) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Bacterial leaf stripe of sorghum & corn (Burkholderia andropogonis), Bacterial wilt of dahlia (Erwinia chrysanthemi) and Anthracnose of pea (Mycosphaerella pinodes).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement No 1114)
