A combination of crop inspection at active growth, area of production freedom and lab testing may be used to endorse freedom from Alfalfa bacterical wilt (Corynebacterium insidiosum), Bacterial leaf and stem spot (Xanthomonas alfalfae) and Lucerne black stem (Phoma medicaginis).
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
