- An area freedom certificate issued by a state government is required to endorse freedom from from Bacterial blight of carrot (Xanthomonas hortorum pv. carotae), Leaf blight of carrots (Alternaria dauci) and Cercospora leaf spot of carrot (Cercospora carotae).
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Bacterial blight of carrot (Xanthomonas hortorum pv. carotae), Leaf blight of carrots (Alternaria dauci) and Cercospora leaf spot of carrot (Cercospora carotae).
- A laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Bacterial blight of carrot (Xanthomonas hortorum pv. carotae) and the consignment is required to be treated with an appropriate fungicide against Leaf blight of carrots (Alternaria dauci) and Cercospora leaf spot of carrot (Cercospora carotae).
If required, the consignment must be treated with an appropriate fumigant or dressed with an appropriate pesticide (fungicide and insecticide) at manufacturers recommended rates.
