Treatment for Risk group 3regulated pests by Methyl bromide fumigation, at a loading of not greater than50% chamber capacity, at 40 grm/m3 for 2 hours at ≥17degrees Celsius.

The Cook Islands allows dosage compensation when fumigation is applied to commodities with core temperature below 21 °C (min 10 °C).

1) The Brassica oleracea in this consignment has been inspected in accordancewith appropriate official procedures and is considered to be free fromregulated pests specified by the Cook Islands Ministry of AgricultureBiosecurity Service,
2) Have undergone appropriate pest control activities that are effectiveagainst those Risk group 2 regulated pests specified by the Cook IslandsMinistry of Agriculture Biosecurity Service,
3) Have been fumigated with Methyl bromide for Risk group 3 regulated pests.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 2623)
1) The Brassica oleracea in this consignment has been inspected in accordancewith appropriate official procedures and is considered to be free fromregulated pests specified by the Cook Islands Ministry of AgricultureBiosecurity Service,
2) Have been sourced from an area free from those Risk group 2 regulated pestsspecified by the Cook Islands Ministry of Agriculture Biosecurity Service,
3) Have been fumigated with Methyl bromide for Risk group 3 regulated pests.
