Explanation of the Endorsements:

Endorsement 5562:

Laboratory test analysis report is to be cited for certifying freedom from Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Bacterial blight of pea (Pseudomonas syringae pv.pisi). Alternatively, the exporter may present area freedom certificate or crop inspection report for endorsing freedom from Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci) and Bacterial blight of pea (Pseudomonas syringae pv.pisi).

Phytosanitary sampling and inspection procedures address the additional declaration statements pertaining to Bruchid beetles (Bruchus spp) and American serpentine leafminer (Liriomyza trifolii).

Endorsement 7800:

No evidence is required to endorse freedom from Broad bean stain virus, Strawberry latent ringspot virus, Southern bean mosaic virus, Potato yellow dwarf nucleorhabdoovirus, Cyas necrotic stunt virus, Coffee bean borer (Hypothenemus hampei), and Green point gall (Calonectria rigidiuscula), as these are not known to occur in Australia.

A combination of laboratory analysis certificate, crop inspection report or area freedom certificate, may be provided as evidence to endorse freedom from Spring dwarf nematode (Aphelenchoides fragariae).

Visual inspection by the Authorised Officer is sufficient to endorse freedom from American serpentine leafminer (Liriomyza trfiolii) and Imbricated snout beetle (Epicaerus imbricatus).

2) Using official procedures the consignment is found free from Bruchid beetles (Bruchus spp), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), Bacterial blight of pea (Pseudomonas syringae pv.pisi) and American serpentine leafminer (Liriomyza trifolii).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 7800)
1) Broad bean stain virus, Strawberry latent ringspot virus, Southern bean mosaic virus, Potato yellow dwarf nucleorhabdoovirus, Cyas necrotic stunt virus, Coffee bean borer (Hypothenemus hampei), and Green point gall (Calonectria rigidiuscula)are not known to occur in Australia.
2) The consignment was found free through official testing and inspection procedure of Spring dwarf nematode (Aphelenchoides fragariae), Imbricated snout beetle (Epicaerus imbricatus), and American serpentine leafminer (Liriomyza trifiolii).

Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 8245)
1) Broad bean stain virus is not known to occur in Australia.
2) Using official procedures the consignment is found free from Bruchid beetles (Bruchus spp), Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci), and Bacterial blight of pea (Pseudomonas syringae pv.pisi).
