The following are able to be certified without supporting evidence: Chrysanthemum nematode (Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi), Goss’s bacterial wilt (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. nebraskensis) and Potato rot nematode (Ditylenchus destructor) as the former is not on the seed export pathway and the later is not known to occur in Australia.
A combination of laboratory test analysis report or area freedom report is to be cited for certifying freedom from Clover bacterial blight (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. insidiosus) and Dodder (Cuscuta spp).
