Endorsement is only to be endorsed on the Phytosanitary certificates where the import permit specifically states this requirement. Import permits sighted in which there is no specific pest or diseases are to be issued with Nil Additional Declaration.
1) The consignment is free from Brown root rot (Pellinus noxius), Phytophthora root rot (Phytophthora cryptogea) and Crown and Root rot (Phytophthora cinnamomi),
1) The consignment is free from Crown gall (Agrobacterium tumefaciens),
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Red imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta).
Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 1104)
1) Sheath net-blotch (Cylindrocladium scoparium) is not known to occur in Australia,
2) Using official procedures, the consignment is found free from the evidence of Damping off: tea (Calonectria kyotensis),
3) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Red imported fire ant (Solenopsis invicta).
