Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.


Consignments must be correctly labelled with its full botanical name (genus and species).

Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Note: 
Restricted entry: consignments are only to be imported through NanjingLukou International Airport.

Pests of concernt to China:
  • Banana lesion nematode (Radopholus similis)
  • Bulb and stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci)
