Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 1980)
1)  Sheath net-blotch (Cylindrocladium scoparium) is not known to occur in Australia, 
2) The plants were found free through laboratory testing of Damping off: tea (Calonectria kyotensis) and Blast oil of palm (Pythium splendens),
3) The plants were inspected and found free from Mexican sisal borer (Scyphophorus acupunctatus) and Red imported fire ants (Solenopsis invicta).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 1985)
1) Sheath net-blotch (Cylindrocladium scoparium) is not known to occur in Australia,
2) Blast oil of palm (Pythium splendens) is known not to occur in the area of production,
3) The plants were found free through laboratory testing of Damping off: tea (Calonectria kyotensis),
4) The plants were inspected and found free from Mexican sisal borer (Scyphophorus acupunctatus) and Red imported fire ants (Solenopsis invicta).
