Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of the endorsements:
  • Only required if indicated on the import permit.
  • Visual inspection is sufficient for endorsing freedom from Dodder (Cuscuta spp) and Corn thrips (Limothrips cerealium).
  • A laboratory analysis certificate is required for endorsing freedom from Brown root rot (Phellinus noxius) and Bermudagrass mite (Eriophyes cynodoniensis).
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 7491)
1) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Brown root rot (Phellinus noxius) and Bermudagrass mite (Eriophyes cynodoniensis),
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Dodder (Cuscuta spp) and Corn thrips (Limothrips cerealium).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 7835)
1) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Brown root rot (Phellinus noxius) and Bermudagrass mite (Eriophyes cynodoniensis),
2) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Corn thrips (Limothrips cerealium).
